Officially launched in September 2014, Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School is the first and only independently-run Sino-U.S. cooperative high school in China. It is a partnership between Shanghai Qibao High School and the Dwight School in New York City and has been approved by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education and registered by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (Chinese-Foreign Cooperative School License No.: PPDE31USA04INR20140730N). The school became an IB World School with the authorization of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and implemented the IBDP Program in June 2015.

Qibao High School
Qibao High School was founded in 1947 and is located at No. 22 Nong Nan Road of the Qibao ancient water town. Shanghai Qibao High School is dedicated to providing numerous opportunities for every student and teacher to realize personal development and has a philosophy focusing on development and humanities. The mission of the school is to instill students with a humble nature and an outstanding character and focus on cultivating the core qualities of “humanities, research, creativity”, so that students will have strong humanitarian consciousness and social responsibilities. Dwight School, New York
Located in New York City, Dwight School is a private co-educational day school. It is an authorized IB World School and was the first school in the U.S. to offer IB programs from early childhood education to Grade 12. Dwight School has more than a dozen leaders in IB curriculum development and teaching on its world-class faculty and has been recognized as a leader in IB education and global outreach. Dwight was the first school in the U.S. to establish an international school outside of the U.S in New York, London, Seoul, Dubai and Dwight Global Online.
